This is such a wonderful alternative to Fit Mom’s What’s Your Excuse? I don’t have a problem with that question but I think your message is way more positive and productive. It encourages people to draw on their strengths and the things they love in and about their lives so they can move forward and make the changes they want, or appreciate the lives they have. Shining a light on your “obstacles” doesn’t really do that.
